Testimony continues in the organized crime and murder trial of Honolulu businessman Mike Miske with government witnesses describing violent behavior by the alleged crime boss.

A federal judge who reviewed a video of the fight says there is no doubt that Michael Buntenbah attacked a man in a bar in January, violating the conditions of his bail.

Sara Tufele, who has a child with one of Miske's former top associates, testified that she felt threatened after her boyfriend began cooperating with authorities.

Meanwhile, Michael Miske's federal trial was postponed for a week because a juror is sick.

Wayne Miller, who is cooperating as part of a 2020 plea agreement, said he had "nothing to gain by lying" about the 2016 killing of Johnathan Fraser.

Wayne Miller has testified that he often purchased guns for Miske and helped plan and "prepare" for the killing of 21-year-old Johnathan Fraser.

The event is outlined in a plea agreement reached by one of Michael Miske’s former co-defendants.
